  • Hi,

Turn off your WP_DEDUG first than do the change.
Clear your browser cache, so that you can see the update.

If it doesn’t work, post your website url here, so that we can try to provide a custom css solution.

    Thanks!

My browser was cleared and restarted my computer. If just changing the color doesn’t work that means at every step a problem.

Themes by 2015 s/b as easy as Word. Just highlight and change the font, colors, etc. Doesn’t make sense why they are such a hassle unless they are sold not working as in the dos days.

    s/b easy.

Maybe that’s why ppl just use Weebly and such. hmm

this area is so publically open and posts can’t even be deleted or private so hesitate providing much more here.

Thanks emranem. It did seem easy tho to just go into colors and change it to blue but it just won’t.

ourcarebooks just haven’t done much and I really don’t want to take error codes away or even deal with codes.

And, as a newbie, maybe I’m using the wrong words.

Above the main pic it’s all white/grey and I’d like to chg this (Header?) to a sky blue color or the like. Actually, I wish the pic went all the way up to the top and I realize Evolve can’t do that.

So still learning from youtube & web vids. Wasn’t expecting to have to take 100 hrs. I fix acctg just didn’t realize I had to spend all this time on a theme.

As per the advice for someone else w/the same issue (see below paste)

Yes, I’ve done this and Save/Publish. Evolve will not save Color, Fonts or Size. The blue is in box. I click Save/Color then nothing.

Thanks for writing in! if you wish to change the color of navigation menu, so you can go to Appearance > Theme Options > Styling > Menu Color as per shown here: https://prntscr.com/878523.

Secondly, in regard to the font color so that you can find under Appearance > Theme Options > Typography > Main Menu Font as per the directions are showing here: https://prntscr.com/8785jl.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi there,

First of all, sharing website links on form shouldn’t be a hassle. Although, we can identify the glitch more clearly when we have the website link, in order to provide the detailed solution.

    Thanks.

    Hi Emrane,

Thanks for taking your time to reply.

Yes, it’s above in previous post: ourcarebooks.com

    Is that what you mean?

Spending 100+ hrs, tho, dealing w/a theme that has so many problems isn’t what I want to do, which 1 can see by all the questions by people, including them/me losing customers bec it’s not working on their mobile.

I’m still thinking I may have to scratch wp all together and just use what a couple of my clients use, weebly. Didn’t think of this bec wasn’t expecting it to take more than a couple days.

After all, I can fix a year of a company’s GL and their taxes in a day. om

Still not settled 1 way or another and praying for a good working site. Your info/knowledge is Always Appreciated. ??

    ??
