When Changing Quantity, Prices Don’t Update on Mobile

It has now been almost a week and still no response. Customer support is something I take into consideration before I buy software. So far this is not looking like it would be a good purchase.

My apologies for the delays in replying. We checked your link and do not see any issue with cart update in iPhone or other mobile devices from the quick cart. However, the Cart page or the Checkout pages do not seem to be defined. So we cannot test there.

Thank you for your response. I have “defined” cart and checkout pages and tried again but no change.

On my iPhone 11 Pro I add Pearl Harvest to the cart. Then I select cart and I see 1 pkg for $3.99, just as it should be, but when I change the number to 2 and update the cart, it doesn’t update the price or the number of products. It still says 1 in the cart and the price is still $3.99.

I just checked on my daughter’s iPhone 7 and it works fine. Perhaps this is just an iPhone 11 Pro issue?

We checked again and do not find any issue with the quantity update. Regardless of the iPhone version, they should all use the latest browser and that’s what matters. So it should be OK everywhere. You do need to press the update button after changing the quantity. Sorry, I can’t think of anything else ??
