When choosing a time, the form is closed

    Good day. Created a form, added it to the popup. In the pop-up window, I try to select a time interval. Chosen and the form is closed. And so cyclically …. Tell me, what could be the problem? Even in the pop-up window, the calendar and the time drop-down list do not pop up correctly. Something seems to be with the z-index …. Thanks

    I checked your form here but I can’t seem to find one that opens in a popup box. Here is what I am seeing which is just a normal form that is working fine.
