When clicking for more details on logs, pop-up window just shows an array error

  • Hi kmcharityteam,

    When was the last time you updated the plugin? Most if not all of the reported bugs have been addressed with the current version (4.1.3), which I believe this bug you saying has been fixed. Try downloading this version and I believe it should correct the issue that you stated.

    Hello,

    The plugin was fully updated at the time and I have since updated again with the newest one yesterday and it still does this unfortunately.

    I’m not getting an array error but I am not able to see any information when I click on Details (All Logged Items) pop-up window. Sometimes there might be info squished in a frame to the right-hand side of window or in most cases — nothing at all.

    I thought there may be a conflict with another plug-in but, it’s the same problem for multiple sites I am using iThemes Security on.

    Cannot view details in pop-up window!

    iThemes Security Version: 4.2.2 (Build Version: 4030)
    WP Version: 3.9.1

    The details modal in the ‘All Logged Items’ tab is blank on my site, as well. I also have the latest WP, and ITS updates.

    Problem still exists on the very latest version even though the log pages have been rearranged using the dropdown to get to the different sections.

    Any fix yet? Log details are blank!

    Now using iThemes Security Version: 4.4.6
    WP Version: 4.0
