Ok, so I noticed that it doesn’t work with the themes I create. I installed the WordPress theme and it worked.

Is there a certain file I need to have in my custom made sites that will make it work?

I can see you haven’t selected the pages for your popup via the Display rules, and haven’t selected the correct Event for your popup.

Please, set the Display rules “Everywhere” and set the Event for your popup “Set by CSS class”: https://prnt.sc/qbgkdf

Then add the On click popup on the “Read Here” text like it’s shown in the following article: Open On click /On hover/On load Popup via CSS class
