When custom markers overlap they change

Hello, on my Website https://mobilerevolution.ch/standorte/
the custom markers i uploaded are sometimes changed automatically. If the Plugin considers the markers to be too close together, it changes the marker look into a a radiating circle with the number of locations in that spot. I want to disable that and only have the regular markers there. What is the best way to change that?
