When deactivate it, style of whole website is missing

That’s weird. Can you try again, but clearing any page cache you might have (you seem to have a nginx based proxy cache)? If it still does not work, please go to https://webpagetest.org/, test your site there and provide me with the URL with the results so I can review the waterfall charts there?

I reviewed the waterfall, but (a) the site does not look broken in the screenshots and (b) I still see autoptimized JS, so the optimize JS option in AO was not off?

No, I try to deselect it, but the site lose the style…

ok, but when deselected can you run the webpagetest test immediately (takes a minute or so), that way I can probably retro-actively see what is (not) happening?

Now seems to be fixed, maybe was a cache problem…
