When Does “Rule” Execute?

    Hey,

    I wanna set Facebook feeds, found Brand is empty,so setup the Ruler for it.please check

    But nothing happened after save & refresh.

    Also tried “short_description” change to “description” if empty,but also nothing happen.

    So,when does rule execute? or am i set wrong?
