    Hi there,

    Can you please advise when the sale is actually logged by Notification X? Is the sale logged when the product gets added to the cart or when the sale is actually completed?

    We are busy developing our site but in our testing Notification X logged cancelled sales and sales when a cart is abandoned.

    Is there a way around this or is this the way the plugin behaves?

    Hello there,

    Greetings. Hope you are doing great.

    Well, NotificationX logs sales when the order is being “processed” or “completed”. It is not supposed to show canceled/abandoned sales. In case if it is showing please try to regenerate assets.

    To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> NotificationX then, switch to the ‘All Notificationx’ tab, and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot:https://d.pr/EIhGs9

    If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.
