When Editing Venues Add Image Button not working

Just upgraded to 4.5.1 and button does not work when editing a venue. It does work when you are adding a new venue, but not when editing an existing one.
My other sites are not upgraded to 4.5.1 and the venue plug in works fine.
Any Ideas?I am Using:
