When GTM plugin runs, my Worldpay redirect breaks

    I’ve been trying to set up GTM. When redirecting back from worldpay (off-site), it doesn’t load the “order-confirmation” page. Instead, it just gets stuck on a white screen. Is this a known error and is there a way to fix it?

    Hi,

    Since GTM4WP adds your GTM container code and inside your GTM container code there can be scripts that interfere with your site as well, I suggest to test this before asking here:

    – open GTM4WP plugin settings
    – save your GTM ID to somewhere safe
    – change the ID to GTM-XXXXXX and save the changes
    If the issue is still present, it might be related to GTM4WP if not then you need to go through your codes within your GTM container

    Hi Thomas, just a heads up that this is now fixed. It had more to do with our Worldpay setup and not with your tag manager plugin. Thank you!
