    Hi There,

    It seems like there is an internal conflict on your site. Probably some other plugin is creating a conflict with FluentForms. Can you please try deactivating any caching and security plugins temporarily, then test again?

    If it still doesn’t work, then we would have to take a deeper look into the Form that you have created. In that case, please submit a support ticket here.
