    When I changed the customer’s email address in the order, this plug-in seemed to an error. I tested it twice and got the same error. can not send the email.

    In that case, please send us a screenshot of your automation configuration. It should include all information: what event you use, if you have any filters set up and most important, the whole action settings.

    This would help us investigate.
