    When I click ‘Add to Cart’ I’m directed to a 404 page. Thus there is no way to proceed through the checkout process.

    Also another minor problem… even when no options are selected and the ‘Add to Cart’ button is greyed out, it is still clickable. It should not be clickable until all the options like size, color, etc, are selected.

    Hi there @sheamkennedy, thanks for reaching out.

    From my understanding, you are having an issue with your ‘Add to Cart’ button.

    The best way to troubleshoot this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

    To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing the conflict.?You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    If the issue persists, please provide us with the following:

    • System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)
