    The last week or two I’ve had this email quite a bit with screenshots of the Cart page, basically “When I click on proceed to checkout, nothing happens.”, is this a known thing?

    I have some custom code for color choices you can see in my link but on my Chromebook, PC with Windows 10 or iPhone I can’t duplicate any issues.

    Also, the last screenshot I got from someone appears to be on a Chromebook, which is odd cause its usually something I can narrow down to browser specific.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I just tested this on Chromebook with Chrome browser and I can see it’s working perfectly fine. I found when I clicked on the “Proceed to checkout” button it redirected me to the checkout page without any issue:

    Most probably it could be due to some browser extension they have or they need to clear the browser cache.

    Ok, you said redirect, is it not normally redirected the way it is now? Its been a long time since I set this up so I dont remember

    I can also confirm that your cart page is working as expected. It normally jumps/redirects to the checkout page when clicking proceed to checkout on the cart page.

    Ok, I’m wondering on the same question, I dont know if I redirected differently than the original Woocommerce does when I customized this plugin, is it possible that the redirect you two are referring to is not working properly on another browser? I can’t pinpoint the issue so you two mentioned redirects which I didnt think about so I’m wondering if my Woocommerce is redirecting differently than the plugin is programmed to do, if so its definitely where I need to consider looking since I get quite a few calls about it not working (probably 5-10 calls a week about this)

    I could load the checkout without issues on my end as well after clicking the Proceed to checkout button.

    Please note that by “redirect” we mean simply to load a new page, just as any link or button is expected to do.

    I hope that clarifies your question.
