When I delete a submission, I get 404 and the submission is not deleted

It appears that on some sites, when the plugin’s administration page had a form posted to itself with a “delete” parameter name, WP gives a 404 page. I simply changed the parameter name to something else and it worked. I don’t know why it works on some sites but not others.
