Conversely, when displayed in tiles (thumbnail display), they are displayed correctly.I tried disabling other plugins, but that didn’t help.

Regarding the advice I received about the issue I’m facing, I was always told to “just email the support department,” but even when I emailed support, there was no response. As a result, the issue remains unresolved. Ultimately, I decided to stop using it and chose a different plugin.
