When I downloaded OPEN AI Account that I found and account already made

  • Instead of not going any further since I had downloaded the plugin in WP, I input my CCard Informationn.

    Someone had made the account with one of my gmail addresses. I decided that I was going to wait to use the plugin maybe later. I have tried, emailed, read etc. and thought I had deleted the account. IT IS NOT DELETED AND HAS MY CCARD INFORMATION. I did not input the Widsom LIfe & Finance it is showing and I did not set up the account and the orgination API is: org-0boEc7mqOkqxqydetL7OuuB1. I cannot delete the entire account and yes they have charged $5. However, they told me to verify my account with the website’s email address.

    I want to delete the entire account and the platform -https://platform.openai.com/account/org-settings is not allowing it. The Chat appears to be deleted but the account with the CC info is not.

    I need help now!!! Please and if this is part of all of the AI foundation which it is: NO ONE SHOULD BE SETTING UP ACCOUNT WITHOUT THE INDIVIDUALS PERMISSION.

    When I go back in the account is still there and when I try to delete the account this:

    Delete account – are you sure?

    • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
    • For security reasons, you cannot reuse the same email or phone number for a new account.
    • All your data, including profile, conversations, and API usage, will be removed.
    • If you’ve been using ChatGPT with the API, this access will also be deleted.

    It appears there is a misunderstanding.

    Our plugin is a tool that uses OpenAI’s technology, but we are separate entities and do not have access to OpenAI’s user data or accounts.

    I also just got this message when I tired to LEAVE -delete the email address: “Ownership must be transferred before removing the organization owner”
