When I login after registration whys it show the signup form still?

Unless you are already an affiliate, it will also show the sign-up form so even as a registered user who is logged in you are able to join as an affiliate. This is especially useful as you might want to allow existing users to join your affiliate program, while also requiring to accept the terms and conditions of the affiliate program.
