• I am trying to send out a very time sensitive newsletter to my email list (about the Gutenberg release TOMORROW). Every time I try to save my template draft, I get a 403 “Access to this resource on the server is denied!” error, which wipes out all of my content except the title. WTH??!

Luckily, I had pasted half of it it to another file, but I didn’t appreciate having to manually export my subscriber list, rewrite the half of the post that I hadn’t saved externally, and send my message out from my email client, which took 5 times longer than it should have, and defeats the purpose of having a plugin that can send newsletters.

When this plugin is working correctly, it is great, but it seems like that is rarely.

  • Hi,

Sorry to hear about the issue you faced recently.

Would like to update you that error 403 occurs when the server denies serving a particular resource. To investigate the issue further please check the server log for errors.

Also, it is possible that this issue occurred because of some plugin conflicts. Please try deactivating the plugins temporarily on your site so as to check any plugin conflicts.

Please do have a recheck and let me know your views.
