• Hi! I hope u can understand me and my english ^^

    The first one is say thank you to Christy, she replied me some of my questions in a directly email and later redirected to me here.

    My problem is… I / my clients make/makes an appointment, all is right. The background of the cell turning to red, because is reserved.

    The problem is when we cancel this appointment (in the appointments setting in the backend or following the link of the confirmation email) is still in red and isnt available for another reserve, but in the list of the appointments is deleted, the hour is available but his cell’s background is in red, and i cant make another reserve on it.

    I hope u can understand my english, if u know spanish i will be very happy!! ??

    hope you’re doing good today! ??

    I just tried to replicate this in a installation of mine, using no other plugin and TwentySeventeen theme, with no avail though, so I guess this is happening due to some caching and/or conflict with another plugin/theme.

    In order to troubleshoot this, please follow next steps:
    – completely deactivate all caches involving to your installation, coming from plugins, server-side caching mechanisms and any 3rd party integrations like Cloudflare
    – book an new testing appointment, cancel it and see how that goes
    – if issue is still there, take a complete backup of your site (files & database)
    – deactivate all other plugins and activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen
    – book an new testing appointment, cancel it and see how that goes
    – if the issue is resolved, start activating them one by one this time, making a testing appointment each time, until you reproduce the error (thus finding the conflicted combination).

    Hi Dimitris… i try all your tips and the issue persists.

    Im thinking about delete and re-install the plugin, but im sure i will lose my appointments, maybe is the solution, what is your opinion?

    I changued my theme to TwentySeventeen, and i deactivated all the plugin (i only have 2), yours plugin and an SMTP plugin for the emails… My webpage is simple, just for some appointments with your plugins, no forms, no posts, no comments, no social media… just appointments

    What is your opinion? I set also your default colours for the busy / empty / unavailable hours, but dont work.

    The book process is nice, the delete process (of the appointments list) is nice but the cell is still busy.

    Another question… how can i show the appointments list to ALL THE VISITORS of my webpage, at the moment just the logged users can see it.

    You will not lose any appointments and/or settings by doing so, as all of these remain stored in your database.

    Please keep in mind that in frontend page you can see only the appointments that your user made, not all of the bookings made in your system.

    You can see these only in the /wp-admin area and specifically in Appointments -> Appointments

    Please double check that there isn’t any other appointment made in that time and also check Working Hours and Exceptions in Appointments -> Settings.

    If you’re still unable to sort this our, please let me know about the exact shortcodes you’re using in your frontend page, so I could try to replicate once more. ??

    Plugin deleted and reinstalled, the issue persists.

    I checked the working hours, exceptions, caché configurations etc… i cant find the problem, if u want. U can make an appointment in the webpage to make your own test, u can reserve the next hour available and before cancel the book with the link of your email, and u will see the problem.

    For make the Appointments for all the visitors, is just insert the shortcode in the correctly file .php, i will check, this isnt a problem for me i think.

    I tried to replicate this in my end, also used your shortcodes, but I wasn’t still able to replicate.

    After trying in your site though, I wasn’t able to cancel my appointment, as I was getting an error message that I don’t have proper allowance.

    Could you please double check that next option is enabled?
