• I have 190 users on my personal blog (using WP Version 4.9.5), and when I try to export users (using plugin Version 1.1.1) I get a CMS file with only 5 users included.

This happens regardless of whether I select “all users” or just “subscribers,” and regardless of what dates I select. It seems like this plugin is working for others, so I’m totally stumped by what’s going on for me!

(It’s worth noting that I’ve used this plugin for years with no problems… this issue only seems to have come up in the past few months)

    Hi there,

Can you tell me a bit about what kind of users these are? Just standard WordPress core user roles like Administrator, Editor, Subscriber, etc? Or are you using a custom user plugin of any sort?

Also, can you install the free plugin Send System Info, then create a System Info LINK with that plugin and provide it here so I can review it?

    Thanks!

They’re all subscribers, except for me and one other admin.

    Any further thoughts on this?

Unfortunately nothing stands out — though I’m curious about the “Absolute Privacy” plugin.

I’m in the middle of some general updates and tweaks. I hope to release a new version within the next couple weeks.

In the meantime, if you say that previous versions worked as intended, you can use the free WP Rollback plugin to get a previous version and see if that continues to work for you. If it does NOT work after rolling back, then you know that something about your site changed that negatively affects the ability to export your users effectively.
