When I try to Log into my Worpress I get an error message

    Sorry to be a pain but I’m having more problems:
    When I log into my WordPress I get this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_add_dashboard_widget() in /home/content/g/r/e/greenskirt7/html/wp-content/plugins/sociable/sociable.php on line 1219

    Please if you can make any suggestions, I would appreciate it

  • Can you see your Dashboard?

    If yes, go to plugins and deactivate sociable

    If no, log into FTP and delete sociable from wp-content/plugins/ folder

    aaah, you’re right and that’s what I did is I deactivated Sociable. Thanks Awarner.

    Now here is another issue…my dashboard and posting is verrrry slow. Is there anything I can do to speed it up?

    Also, is there anyone here whom I can pay to update me to WordPress 2.8.2

    FROSTY, “AUSTIN PASSY”, (frostywebdesigns.com) the guy who ripped me off and extorted money from me said that it could’t be done (this was a few months ago before he exorted money from me and hacked my site).

    Can it be done or is he just a knobhead?
