I have a problem with Total Cache plugin,

it seems to be working when user is not logged in and not working when user is logged in…

We use memcached for Page, Object and Database.

When user logged in I see this in debug:

<!-- W3 Total Cache: Page cache debug info:
    Engine: memcached
    Cache key: 45b85212188943162b2771b36a3794a
    Caching: disabled
Reject reason: User is logged in
    Status: not cached
    Creation Time: 3.026s
    Header info:

When user IS NOT logged in I see this in debug:

    Status: cached
    Creation Time: 2.318s

Any idea why this is happening?

Don’t cache pages for logged in users
Unauthenticated users may view a cached version of the last authenticated user’s view of a given page. Disabling this option is not recommended.

By default it is checked. But I dont know what negative impacts can be
