When logged in to WordPress.com my blog URL is incorrect

https://74.52.xxx.xxx/~mydirectoryname/blog/wp-admin/ is listed as my blog link, but the site name is https://www.scifi-review.net

WordPress.com told me to ask here. I have never signed up for a www.ads-software.com account until told to do so by wordpress.com forum moderators, so although this is not hosted on wordpress.com, somehow they got information from my blog with the temporary address.

I am trying to find out how or where that 74.52.xxx.xxx is stored. I moved my blog temporarily to a new host, testing it before my DNS redirected, which is why I think that address showed up, but I need to figure out how to fix it so it shows https://www.scifi-review.net correctly.
My dashbord links to https://www.scifi-review.net/%7Emydirectoryname/wp-admin/, which is also incorrect, it should be https://www.scifi-review.net/blog/wp-admin/. Any help would be appreciated.
