Not sure if that backup plugin changes the URL in the DB or not. I suggest going to the plugin’s support page and asking there as this forum is for WordPress support.

You could try a DB search replace tool like https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/ to change the URL in the DB for you if the plugin does not.
