When orders are canceled, inventory is reduced

With one of the latest WC updates i have got into problems when i am cancelling orders with status awaiting payment. When order is cancelled the inventory for the different products in order is reduced.

When order is in status awaiting payment there is no order notes but as soon as i change the order status to cancelled order notes is showing that inventory is reduced.

Never had problems like this til now latest 7-8 days.
