When purchase, download links gets expired and no notification about that

Your software is really nice, but I have a problem and I get no answer from you. I purchased some plugins, but I cannot download one of them, because the link is expired. Would you pls send me the link to download the Productivity Suite, its paid one week ago and I really need the product. Thank you!
