When Rank Math is activated, plugin updates stop working

    Hi support team,

    I am testing Rank Math and consider to migrate from Yoast Premium. But I face multiple issues. When Rank Math is enabled, I cannot update any other plugins on my website anymore.

    I searched for similar cases but did not find anything. Is it a known issue?

    Hi Rank Math,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Unfortunately, I don’t receive the error quoted in the guide: Uncaught RuntimeException.

    After activating Rank Math, I cannot update plugins and get the error that a folder cannot be created. When I disable Rank Math, updates work without any issues.

    Have you heard about this issue from other users too?
