When ‘Select Ebay Category”, only a blank popup appears

    I’m trying to setup my first listing on Ebay, but when I ‘Select Ebay Category”, only a blank popup appears (on all browsers).

    Am I doing something wrong? How to fix this?

    Hey @svar.

    Thanks for contacting support.

    Anytime you cannot select an eBay option or view details from your eBay account the first thing to do is to refresh your account details. To do this simply visit WP-Lister > Settings > Accounts > Click “refresh details”. Once that is complete you should be able to then select a category.

    If that fails to work, please open a ticket here: Support Form and provide your dashboard URL and admin login credentials to your WordPress site so we can have a closer look for you.
