When select image, got error “experiencing technical difficulties”

This message usually pops up after an update, and it means that some of our files are missing from your server. I suggest removing Smart Slider 3 plugin (your sliders will stay) and installing it again: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/55-wordpress-installation#free

I try, but it not worked. I deleted smart-slider in wp-content/plugins, and downloaded latest version and upload it, than activated – same error.

Anything more?

That’s weird. Does this problem happen with all of your sliders, or with only a specific one?

do you see any errors listed?

At the Plugin list, below Smart Slider 3, next to the Deactivate, there’s a “Reactivate” button: https://imgur.com/pcUKhF3
It fixes the problems related to our databases (e.g. when some of them goes missing or something like that). If you press this Reactivate and try the upload again, does that make any difference?

Help page tells me “No conflicts detected”

Reactivate does not fix the problem ??
