When Sharing to Facebook, Linkedin..ect

I was wondering is there anyway when sharing a BuddyPress activity post, we can show a preview of the post? Or an image? or possible the avatar of the user who made the post?
Currently right now when people share it is just showing a box with description of the website. When they click it, it does though take them to the post.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on the Open Graph Meta Tags in the HTML source of the webpage being shared. Sharer will pick the content from those tags to show in the sharer window.
If you are not using any Open Graph Meta Tags plugin, you can use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/heateor-open-graph-meta-tags/
