when sharing user getting 400 bad request error

i am facing the same problem for several of my blogs as well.

Just a heads up. it seems to happen only to the share buttons that is embedded to the posts. But the floating sidebar buttons where u have to configure at shareaholic accounts page works just fine.

Googling on it stumbles me onto https://blog.shareaholic.com/were-hard-at-work-building-better-products-for-you/ …looks like an old issue for you guys maybe?

anyways. love shareaholic’s progress hope you guys fix this soon!. Im a addthis user which now i have switch all my buttons on several blogs i run to shareaholic!.

Thanks for the follow-up! I visited the previous URL you listed, and verified that the share buttons are no longer giving errors. Can you please send me the other URLs to those blogs? I’d like to see investigate the issue from my end. So sorry about that!

I have tried to share on facebook, twitter and pinterest after installing share buttons below post. None of them worked and constantly gave 400 bad request error.

I have tried to find out the reason but in vain.

Request solution please.

Hello. I’m having the same issue. It started a few days ago. The share will go through from a separate pop up window, but then the content page goes to a 404 error. It happens on every post. Website is JocksandStilettojill.com

Thanks for the URL! This appears to be a different issue because the 400 error is coming from your site, and not the share service. My engineers and I took a look at it and he should have a fix in the next day or two. In the meantime, do you mind leaving the share buttons on so he can do some testing?

Yes I do, still the same problem persists.

I have tried hard to do various hacks but I feel somehow that it has issue with some other plugin. No choice but have to resort to change the plugin untill the issue is resolved.

@adhyaru – Sorry to hear that! This is likely not a conflict with another plugin. Do you mind enabling plugin? Also, the URL to your website? Would be happy to investigate further for you.
