    Hi, I am experiencing an issue on my website where I receive an error message after submitting a form. The error message states, “There was an error trying to send your message.”
    I have already installed and integrated mail SMTP and have successfully tested sending an email.
    Additionally, the ajax functionality is not working as expected. When we click on the submit button, the entire page reloads.
    However, I am unable to understand why the form is not being submitted. I kindly request your assistance in promptly resolving this issue.

    @kanwalshahzadi Regarding the ajax not working, it may due to the error in the custom.js file which shows in the console window.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and WP Mail SMTP, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I have also removed the issue in console window but the ajax issue was still not resolved also the form error i not resolved I have also tried switching to default theme and deactivating all plugins.
