The plugin was installed on a standard wordpress site. I’ve switched it recently to a multisite (subdomain) install.
After having enabled it on a subdomain, I’ve noticed that the “Always enabled (user cannot disable it but can see the content)” appears as “Always disabled”.
However it’s still fine in the main domain.
Thanks for your help in this matter.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your using our plugins.

I’ve checked the issue, and unfortunately this how the browsers handle the cookies. The cookie is connected to a domain (by browser), and we’re unable to change the cookies stored in another domain. If your multisite setup use subdomain version, each subsite will be recognised as a separate domain by the browser and creates the cookies in that way.

    I hope this make sense.

    Hi,
I understand that there will be 2 cookies: one for the main domain and one for the subdomain.
In the settings of the plugin, I’ve set on the 3rd tab: “Always enabled”. The same setting is set on the main domain and on the subdomain.
On the main domain, the user sees (on the 3rd tab) that the setting is checked and cannot be modified (=always enabled).
But on the subdomain, the user sees (on the same tab) that the setting is NOT checked and cannot be modified (= always disabled).
This looks to me as an unwanted functionality. I can send you screen captures of what I try to explain if needed.
Thanks for your help in this matter.
