Since Monday, I found that certain sites like the Google crawler, and a few sites to check if a site is up like https://www.isitdownrightnow.com, are reporting that our site has a 403 Forbidden error. After wasting my time with the ISP. I renamed the .htaccess file and then stop WordFence and then Jetpack plugin. With jetpack deactivated the site no longer get the forbidden errors.

I have now disabled the plugin, since I need Google’s SEO to find the site. So if you check it now it will not get that error. Not sure what to do to fix.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

ISP just came back to me to say and I quote
“We have checked the error logs and found some mod security rules are triggered. We have disabled the rules.”

After three days they suddenly found something. Not a fan these ISP support people, cannot seem to find one that will not just send a standard response, immediately blaming you and wordpress and the developer.

    Hello, there.

Sad to hear you’re having trouble with your ISP, but I’m glad to hear that the issue is fixed – Thanks for letting us know.

I do see that the Jetpack connection is currently active and connected strongly as well.

Have a safe rest of the week!
