    Plz read this for 5 min, actly i m little bit confuz about , how i do this,
    i m searching for something like, wher a user can registe in the website,
    after registraction they can create a topic, which one is disply some where in the
    web site,

    But important is that, hear site admin cant do any thinge, when a user registr, they r bydefault
    asign the editor role,

    when the user add some post it dont go to the wordpress deshboad, they can add their article, throug the front of the website,
