When trying to update my webpages, the content gets deleted

  • I’ve been trying to add a few words to my webpages on the ColibriWP theme I purchased a lifetime subscription to.
    MY PROBLEM:
    When I click on “publish” all the content gets deleted. Not just the words I entered but ever single word in the block gets deleted.
    The content that gets deleted is important to the ranking of the webpage.

    NO RESPONSE FROM COLIBRI AFTER TWO ATTEMPTS TO GET INFORMATION HOW TO FIX THIS

    I’ve messaged Colibri, and emailed them. No Response. I need this fixed. I update my webpages frequently and I can’t do this anymore using this theme.
