when two players, pause one when another is playing

regarding on quota etc. youtube made an audit on my website and found out i was violating one af their rmf rules, indeed when two players are on a page, one should be pause when the other is playing.
right.
found a js script which is perfect for that. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/14942916/pause-youtube-iframe-embed-when-playing-another
the case is, this script only works when embed plus pro is disactivated. no way on making this works with the plugin activated.
any idea ?
