    Hi,

    The user is doing the following:

    1. Creates a message
    2. I get an email (because the message is created)
    3. I log into JS Support and make a reply to the customer message
    4. The customer makes a reply
    5. Problem: I do not get an email for the customer reply.

    So – there seems to be a bug, can you fix it?

    Hi,

    Check these configurations.

    -Admin > Configurations > Default Email Setting
    Check the admin email address

    -Admin > Configurations > Mail Setting
    – Mail to admin: Yes
    – Ticket Reply User (Admin): Yes
