when User Select “Yes” only then I want to send Email

  • Hello, I want to send an Email only when the User selects the “Yes” option in the 2nd field of the form. Please go to my provided URL for reference. I hope you’re getting my point. I want to send an email according to the user’s response.

    Also, I want to send 4 or more emails instead of only two emails.
