when using mercadopago, not sending new order emails to admin nor client

    Hi CLaudio!

    I have noticed a little bug… emails are not sent.

    -my emails not sent when a new order is made, nor to admin or to client. tested with SMTP and without, never sends emails.

    -if I use a check payment , it works! sends email like usual.

    -wordpress/woo emails work fine, as was able too test and they do work well, all test. so they are not being filtered to spam… emails are NOT sent.

    can you pls help? I need to have email notifications working ASAP as my client needs to get this for their business. I really appreciate your help.

    In order to be able to send emails your server need to receive the Mercado Pago payment notification.
    But some servers may block all external requests.
    Can you check it with the support from your hosting provider?
    Generally blocked by ModSecurity or CloudFlare.
