when using testimonials on a page, how to raise limit

I went to the php and raised the limit to 20 but I am still only seeing 5 testimonials on the page.

Is there some code I can put on the page in addition to [woothemes_testimonials]? I want to show as many testimonials on this page as I can – https://www.nycpublic.org/parents-respond-to-kindergarten-connect/

Perhaps i need to change something related to page length??
