I am the Divi Theme user who asked you the question about your plugin working with the Divi video module. I activated your plugin and turned on the Video/iframe option.

The video thumbnails on the page are too large and I couldn’t figure out how to make them responsive using css as it seems to be hardcoded into the lazy load iframe.

See the screenshot of the issue here
    https://www.digitalsignageexpo.net/wp-content/uploads/a3_lazy_load_video_size_issue.jpg

On the screenshot I have an example of how the videos should look, and how they look when your video/iframe option is turned on.

As the page is live, I had to turn off the video/iframe option for now.

    I appreciate your assistance.

  • I could use another video plugin too but not really worth the extra work at this point.

Thank you for looking into the issue.

Just reading this string. Note that Divi’s display image overlay before ‘Play’ button clicked is not a lazy load feature. Still need to use a 3rd party lazy loader.

Thanks for taking a good look at this @steve and writing up such a nice review of the situation from a developer’s standpoint!

I also have the same issue. It seems Divi’s forum is not accepting new posts, but I submitted this information to support.

Mmaybe with enough complaints they’ll fix it. better late than never.
