    Hi:

I’ve enjoyed using blocks for page content but have not wanted to move to full FSE because the navigation is generally so primitive. Having nav links move to 2 lines has always been horrible – it throws off designs and looks crappy. So I keep ending up doing hybrid sites – using PHP themes in order to get more sophisticated navigation options AND THE ABILITY TO SET BREAKPOINTS – while using blocks within pages/posts.

Searching here I see that the only way to change or presumably set breakpoints in Twenty Twenty Three is to bring up the old customizer and add Custom CSS. Is that going to change? Or will Twenty Twenty Four enable control over breakpoints through the blocks?

    Thanks!

  • Thank you for the suggestion @vytaulla51. I took a quick look at found this GitHub issue discussing this very same idea. There is some work being done around this here so I am hopeful it will become a thing in a future release of the block editor. In fact, it would likely be added to the block editor itself, so you might be able to use it on any Full Site Editing theme, including Twenty Twenty-Three.

    I hope that helps!
