When will the old shortcodes be deprecated?

    I am using different shortcodes on 90 pages of my site. Therefore I do not really want to change all these codes to the new snippets.

    Can you tell me until which version you will support the old shortcodes? In the change log you just say it will be deprecated “in the next versions”.

    Or do you recommend not to update the plugin anymore then?

    The old version of the plugin will always be available for download.

    However, full support for old shortcodes will stop, only after all users update to the new version and solve the problems with the transition.

    We have to give them a couple of months for this.

    If you decide to upgrade to a new version and you experience difficulties, I will be happy to help you.
