When WordPress is installed in sub-directory, search-and-replace issue

My WordPress is installed in a sub-directory and the installation works fine both in live and local setup. But, the search and replace in Revisr does not work as expected.
General WordPress Settings:
Live Website:
WordPress Address (URL) : https://pauple.com/wordpress
Site Address (URL) : https://pauple.comLocal Website:
WordPress Address (URL) : https://pauple.local/wordpress
Site Address (URL) : https://pauple.localIn my Revisr settings’ Development URL, if I set https://pauple.com ( live domain ), then after pulling from live to local, I find all instances of “https://pauple.com” replaced by “https://pauple.local/wordpress” instead of “https://pauple.local”.
If i set it to “https://pauple.com/wordpress”, then all instances in db without the “/wordpress” are not replaced.
Am I doing it wrong? Any suggestions?
