When you don't want to show a calendar …

I found this plugin a couple of years back – I wanted to show events for my writers’ group without displaying a calendar … with just a few entries per month.
This was the only plugin I found that had a different way of displaying events.

I use the plugin with Headway Themes. Although a bit fiddly, I’ve been able to customise the CSS too … differently for the main display and in the widget.

The only new featured I’d like to see is a widget which will display the Event categories, and automatically display the main events page with the selected category filtered.
