Where add IMG TITLE for Thumbnail img

Hi there, i install this awesome theme, modifying it a bit and find one minus for SEO in the code (there is no IMG TITLE ?? )

So where i can add IMG TITLE (same text as existing IMG ALT or text from Mediafile img title description) for those thumbnail in the code?
