where are designed forms stored?

Wordpress crashed so I had to reinstall it from scratch, I tried transferring the database over and some of my forms that I created are missing. they are pretty big so I don’t want to recreate them. the user data came over and some of the other forms. Where else would they be stored?I transferred all the data from the crashed site with the cf_ prefix.
